(2017) teve como objetivo comparar a efic\u00e1cia da flunarizina (grupo 1) com a do topiramato (grupo 2) na profilaxia da enxaqueca cr\u00f4nica (EC). (2017) teve como objetivo determinar os efeitos da melatonina 3 mg em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os da amitriptilina 25 mg em pacientes com enxaqueca.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a an\u00e1lise dos resultados, a frequ\u00eancia de dor de cabe\u00e7a foi reduzida em 2,7 ataques por dia no grupo melatonina, 2,2 no grupo amitriptilina e 1,1 no grupo placebo.<\/p>\n<p>Do mesmo modo, a melatonina foi superior
